The roster is done

Started creating roster for PWU. I think it should be big enough for a while. Just got VPW2 for the 64 and now it's a toss up between simming with that or FPR, fpr is more advanced vut vpw2 is easier, yeah I'm gonna use FPR. so heres the roster
